- Obtain repair bids - if necessary in a concise format to expedite approval
- Supervise any repairs/maintenance - for timely completion and monthly maintence as needed
- Internet Based Marketing Plan -placement of property in MLS with multiple photos, Realtor.com and several other websites.
- Make inviting - we go one step beyond to make sure clients visiting the home feel welcome
- Create flyers
- Put home on Broker Caravan, hold open houses on select properties
- Present and negotiate all offers with clients, submit accepted contract with all required addendums, coordination with closing agencies for timely closings
